Product features, availability, limits, integrations, requirements, and pricing may differ between products and between Free and Pro versions.

We may add, modify, improve, replace, discontinue, or reorganise product functionality where reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, maintenance, performance, commercial, or technical reasons.

Software Licences and Usage Rights

Downloading, purchasing, or obtaining access to SamSiyu software does not transfer ownership of the software or SamSiyu intellectual property to you.

Access to Pro features, updates, support, cloud services, licence validation, subscriptions, or other commercial services may depend on an active licence or subscription.

You may not misuse, duplicate, resell, redistribute, sublicense, circumvent, or commercially exploit licence keys, subscription credentials, hosted services, or proprietary service components except where expressly permitted by applicable licence terms.

AI-Generated Content and Automation

Some SamSiyu products use artificial intelligence or connect to third-party AI providers to generate, analyse, classify, summarise, transform, or automate information.

You are responsible for determining whether generated content, recommendations, workflows, or automated actions are appropriate for your particular purpose.

SamSiyu does not guarantee that AI-generated output will be accurate, unique, error-free, legally compliant, factually correct, suitable for publication, or free from third-party rights concerns.

Automated Actions

Where a product can automatically publish content, send communications, schedule actions, modify data, interact with APIs, or operate connected services, you are responsible for configuring appropriate permissions, limits, approvals, and safeguards.

You remain responsible for automated actions carried out using your accounts, API keys, credentials, integrations, workflows, or instructions.

Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of content and data that you lawfully own and submit through or process using SamSiyu products.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, notices, and lawful basis to upload, process, transmit, scrape, generate, publish, share, or otherwise use that content or data.

This includes, where applicable:

• Website content.
• Customer or support ticket information.
• Email addresses and prospect information.
• Knowledge-base content.
• Uploaded files and documents.
• Social media content.
• Data collected through connected services.
• Information sent to third-party AI providers.

You should not submit confidential, sensitive, or regulated information to a third-party integration unless you have confirmed that such processing is appropriate and legally permitted.

Acceptable Use

You must use SamSiyu products and services lawfully and responsibly.

You may not use them to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
• Distribute malware, malicious code, or harmful software.
• Gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, networks, or data.
• Circumvent authentication, licence controls, security controls, usage limits, or access restrictions.
• Send unlawful spam, deceptive communications, or communications that violate applicable marketing laws.
• Scrape, collect, or process information in a manner prohibited by law, contract, website terms, or applicable rights.
• Impersonate another person or organisation.
• Interfere with, overload, disrupt, or damage SamSiyu or third-party services.
• Use the service for fraudulent, abusive, or intentionally harmful activity.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, security threats, unlawful activity, technical harm, or material violations of these Terms.

Third-Party Services and Integrations

SamSiyu products may integrate with services operated by third parties, including AI providers, WordPress services, email systems, payment providers, licensing services, hosting providers, social media platforms, APIs, and automation tools.

Third-party services are independently operated. Their availability, functionality, pricing, data practices, security, terms, APIs, and policies are outside SamSiyu’s direct control.

Your use of a third-party service is subject to that provider’s own terms and policies.

SamSiyu is not responsible for interruptions, restrictions, API changes, account suspensions, pricing changes, discontinued functionality, or failures caused by independent third-party services.

Pricing, Payments and Subscriptions

Certain SamSiyu products and services may require payment.

Pricing, billing intervals, licence duration, included features, site limits, subscription terms, and renewal information will be presented on the applicable product or checkout page.

Payment may be processed by a third-party checkout, billing, payment, or licensing provider.

Where recurring billing applies, your subscription may renew automatically according to the terms shown at checkout unless it is cancelled before renewal.

You are responsible for keeping applicable payment and account information accurate and current.

Refunds and Cancellations

• Custom automation implementation.
• Recovery from unrelated website failures.

Software updates may change functionality, requirements, user interfaces, integrations, or compatibility in order to improve the product, maintain security, or support changes in WordPress and third-party services.

Intellectual Property

SamSiyu names, branding, logos, website design, documentation, proprietary software components, product materials, graphics, interfaces, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for rights expressly granted under applicable software or open-source licences, no right, title, or ownership interest is transferred to you.

Third-party trademarks, product names, services, APIs, logos, and technologies remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SamSiyu products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We work to provide reliable software, but we do not guarantee that every product or service will:

• Be uninterrupted at all times.
• Be completely error-free.
• Work with every WordPress configuration, plugin, theme, server, API, or third-party service.
• Produce specific business, financial, SEO, marketing, traffic, sales, or ranking results.
• Produce perfectly accurate AI-generated content.
• Remain compatible with every future third-party platform or API change.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and testing material changes in a suitable environment where appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SamSiyu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website, products, services, AI outputs, integrations, or automation workflows.

This may include, where legally permitted, loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, data, content, productivity, or expected savings.

SamSiyu is not responsible for losses caused by third-party platforms, APIs, AI providers, hosting providers, email services, payment providers, social media platforms, WordPress changes, external security incidents, or services outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where applicable law does not permit such exclusion or limitation.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use or misuse of SamSiyu products or services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

This section does not apply to the extent that a claim results directly from SamSiyu’s own unlawful conduct or where applicable law does not permit such an obligation.
